Q: I have an email desktop or mobile client I would like to use to monitor and reply to emails with. How do I set it up?
A: Tenth Fleet offers both POP3 and IMAP access to your inbox. This guide will show you how to setup your POP3 and IMAP clients.

NOTE: Anytime your email client asks you for your 'username,' ALWAYS use your full email address (ie: email@example.com). Do not simply put your account only (ie: username). You will not be able to log in to your inbox and your email client will not function.
IMAP and POP3 are already enabled for your clients. You do not need to make any changes within the webmail client in order to do so.
Use the following settings for your client:
- IMAP: imap.trekfics.net, port 143 (SSL to STARTTLS).
- POP3: pop.trekfics.net, port 110 (SSL set to STARTTLS, you may use Encrypted Password).
- SMTP: smtp.trekfics.net, port 587 (SSL set to STARTTLS, Encrypted Password).
Again, always use your FULL email address as your username.
Custom Domain Users (ie: mail.yourdomain.tld)
Please be aware that if you wish to use encrypted ports for your mail, you will need to use the trekfics.net domain rather than your custom domain. This is because the SSL certificate we've installed only supports trekfics.net.
